INECE partnered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and the Comisión Centroamericana de Ambiente y Desarrollo (CCAD) to develop the course materials provided below on Negotiating Customs and Environmental Cooperation. The course focuses on transboundary trade addressed by a number of major multilateral environmental agreements and is designed to result in a formal draft Inter-Ministerial Cooperation Agreement.
